General Conditions to all of our Courses

The following course conditions must be read, accepted and respected when registering and participating in our training, workshops and events organized by the Magickey Teknik® World Academy.

1) Before starting the courses, it is important to give your registration form to the course attendant. The form also includes 2 pages of written conditions for training / workshops / demonstrations.  All forms must be properly filed and signed when giving the forms.

2) The student enrolled in the courses agrees not to teach the content, not to copy the course books (under copyright and trademark protection), not to record in any way the training of the Magickey Teknik® World Academy without the express written permission of the Magickey Teknik® World Academy. All this is under criminal penalty and civil prosecution by the Academy, if done.

3) During the lessons, any cell phone, video camera or other device allowing audio recording is strictly prohibited. You cannot record the course given by the Magickey Teknik® World Academy in any way. It will be important to close your phones securely during lessons or to hand them over to the teacher giving the lesson.

4) Students enrolled in the courses must wait at the appropriate time to ask questions, the trainer will give you a proper sign during the lessons for this questioning period. Any question that may be of the so-called "complicated" boom can be discussed during the break periods, or during the period allocated for dinner. Otherwise a telephone appointment can be made at a later date or through our FAQ on the website, this can be used as a reference to answer this question.

5) It is important that the registered student bring a pen, a pencil, and six colored pencils to the lessons; either yellow, orange, red, green, blue, and one of brown color, this will be practical in certain stage of the course, or the Academician can put colors in his notes.

6) No phone, pager or other during the lessons, it will be important to put it on mute and store it in the appropriate places for that.

7) No verbal or physical language or violence is tolerated in our courses. A violent student will be shown the way to the door immediately, and without any reimbursement from the Academy. .

8) All our courses where a student paid for the first for his course (example course 1010 Magickey Teknik) he can resume this course at any time through the different places, and this at half price, the price in force at that time and this for all the courses resumed.

9) at the end of the lessons every day, there will be a shopping period for those who want tools, or for specific questions. Otherwise, students will still be able to order later, through our resellers or our website.

10) During the course, photos or video will be recorded of the group and at various times during the course, by signing this form you agree to be taken on video or photos, and this, by renouncing with this present receipt and renunciation of video rights and photographic, taken during any course of the Academy. These images will be used with the utmost respect on the internet or in any printed media for the promotion of courses at the Magickey Teknik World Academy.

11) The courses must be paid in full (in total) before the training; this avoids wasting time on the day of the training. This is in effect for all registrations and payments that may be late (unpaid in advance).  If a course is paid on the day of the course, an additional fee of $ 5.00 will be added to the overall registration fee.

12) In the event of a last minute cancellation, your registration may be postponed to a later date, with costs of $ 45.00 / per course, for any course cancellation, or postponement of a course, this amount may be deducted from your deposit, for a registration already given and paid for.

13) For students who will have a lot of questions after the lesson, they can always register at this time on our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) via our website. Or take a subscription, via our website www.MagickeyTeknikAssociation.com with a subscription plan.

14) All the names collected and course registrations will be part of the official register of the Magickey Teknik World Academy. A student who wishes to finish his professional training at a later date will always be able to do so, by completing the required courses, the hours of internship and the first, second or third level training exams at any time.

15) No solicitation of any kind during the lessons, the students present in the lessons can not be solicited for workshops, products, network systems in any way. Any violator of these conditions will be expelled from the lessons.
