Like any recognized professional organization that aims to properly supervise its members and protect the public, the Magickey Teknik® Energy Therapists Association has adopted a Code of Ethics covering all aspects of Magickey Teknik® practice.

Preamble – Mission of the Magickey Teknik® Energy Therapists Association
The mission of the Magickey Teknik® Energy Therapists Association is to qualify, support, and supervise Magickey Teknik® practitioners in their professional practice.
The Association also aims to inform, protect, and reassure the public by guaranteeing high standards of ethics, competence, and respect.
CHAPTER 1 – DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
Article 1 – Definitions
Unless otherwise specified by context, the following terms shall mean:
1.1) Association
Refers to the Magickey Teknik® Energy Therapists Association of Canada, the official body responsible for supervising, representing, and supporting certified Magickey Teknik® practitioners.
1.2) Member
The term “member” includes anyone recognized by the Association under one of the following categories:
- Active member: A certified Magickey Teknik® energy therapist who has successfully passed the Magickey Teknik® Academy exams and holds official certification.
- Student member: A person currently enrolled in Magickey Teknik® training.
- Inactive member: A temporarily non-practicing member who maintains their Association affiliation.
- Supporting member: An individual or partner supporting the Association's mission without practicing.
1.3) Client
Any person who consults a member to receive a professional Magickey Teknik® energy service. This includes direct recipients of the therapy.
1.4) Magickey Teknik® Energy Therapist
A certified practitioner of Magickey Teknik®, a non-medical energy approach that aims to release and balance energy flow, harmonize meridians, and support client autonomy through natural techniques—without needles or invasive devices.
1.5) Conflict of Interest
A member is in a conflict of interest when their personal, financial, or relational interests may compromise impartiality, influence judgment, or undermine loyalty to the client.
This includes gaining direct or indirect personal benefit from professional activities, or any situation that challenges neutrality.
